We are preferably looking for helpers who declare their willingness for a deployment on all three tournament days. Please note that there is no cut!

Some activities can be divided into two shifts (“Mornings” or “Afternoons”). Therefore please put a cross against the preferred period, or choose “any”. If you are willing to assist us for whole days (approx. 8 hours), then please put a cross against “2 shifts”.

Ranking order

Fixed marshal:

A fixed position on the course (critical points, pathway crossings); quietness and order among the spectators should be ensured.

Flight marshal:

Accompanying a flight over 18 holes, quietness and order among the spectators should be ensured.

Carry-board carrier:

Accompanying a flight over 18 holes, updating the players’ results on a portable information board.

Leaderboarder:

Sticking the results onto a leaderboard – at prominent points on the course, quick and correct updating of the state of play.

Scoreboarder:

Sticking the individual results onto a large board – in the public area near the clubhouse, quick and correct updating of the state of play.

Scorer on course:

Fixed position on the course (green or tee), querying the players’ results, including passing on the results to the scoring centre using a radio (good knowledge of English is necessary).

Ball spotter:

Observing where the players’ balls land, and passing on the ball position to players and caddies on various par-4 and par-5 holes.

Caddy:

Caddy during the Tournament, deployment time depends on the player’s start time, trolleys are allowed (good knowledge of English and flexibility are needed).
